Mr. Maker

Hi ha vegades que quan una cançó comença a sonar, al cap de pocs acords sents com si la coneguessis de tota la vida, com si sempre haguessis conegut la tornada que et proposa i de tota la vida haguessis sabut la lletra que tocava cantar en aquell moment precís en que la tornada escometia amb tota la seva força.
Així és com em vaig sentir el primer cop que vaig escoltar Mr. Maker (Konk, 2008) de The Kooks. Reconec que te molts tics i recursos que fan d’ella una cançó infal·lible pels meus gustos, però potser per això em veig obligat a recomanar-vos-la avui.
